No more phone support either. Why is it so hard to find an e-commerce solution in one package requiring no secret downloads, no terminal command line permission stuff, no out-of-date ODBC drivers, etc. that is compatible with the Mac? Today's Mac that is.

Why should anyone NEED to talk to the tech people to find out how powerful this application really is!
While we're at it, why doesn't Adobe just scratch giving such intuitive user manuals in print or PDF format so all of us users have to call their tech team to learn how to use their applications to their fullest.
I'm skeptical to use (let alone pay $595.00 for) any application where someone states that they had to talk to the tech dept and recommends that I do the same to learn how to use the full power of any application. I just don't have the time to sit on the phone for extended periods of time whilst working, and the smart money says that most others don't either.

This program looks small when you frist install it, all you see is a few new options in your web building software, (Dreamweaver in my case) but is actually huge. The tech people actually called me, because I think they know its looks can be a bit turn offish. It only took a few minutes to set up, then you see all the different tools and possible applications, but you really need to talk to the tech people to get an idea of just how powerfull the software really is.
