What's new in this version:

The computation of the elegible score for the Time Attack online high score is now shown in the Post Score dialog, after several reports from confused players
Music is decompressed on the fly instead of loaded completely; the game now consumes noticeably less memory
Image class refactoring, leading to better surface sharing and therefore more efficient memory usage and faster loading
Ran the library and game code through Valgrind, thus several memory leaks and potential bugs were fixed
6 months of misc library bugfixes and improvements
