I already own (and recommend!) Actual ODBC Driver for Access, so decided to try another Actual product. Unfortunately, I misinterpreted what I needed and purchased the incorrect product. The folk at Actual cancelled the license and transferred it to the product I required - "Actual ODBC Driver for Open Source Databases - Mac OS X"
I'm not an SQL user by any means, but the tech support I'm receiving (hi Jonathan!), is second to none I've ever experienced. In fact, if you look at the feedback for most Actual Technologies products you'll see a common thread - they fully support their users. This is good, because many users need this software for a single purpose, and (like myself) aren't gurus when it comes to some of the arcane practices of drivers and set-ups.

while all the connectors from MySQL AB showed some flaws (like shortening data,
or not working at all).
