Canvas Wars 2 is due out in a month or two. It's a complete rewrite in a new language and will be available for both Mac and Windows platforms. Just to let you know I'm not dead.

There haven't been any recent updates because I'm working on a shareware version of Canvas Wars. In a month or two I'll have Canvas Wars II done. Or maybe it's more of a 1.5, I haven't decided yet. Updated graphics, second soundtrack, Paint Fart of Doom, an actual plot, etc.

I reverted and it quits perfectly so I can't figure this out. I love the new version and would like to have the music. This is a GREAT game and maybe something here has been overlooked. I wonder if anyone else has this bug?

I can't fix the unexpectedly quit bug. Trashing your preferences won't fix anything. And the only difference between the last version and this is the music and the size of the framerate counter, so reverting won't do anything either.

No problem on quitting. I can't understand why It "unexpectantly quit on quitting this version. I really liked the music.

Great version...don't know why it unexpectantly quits on quit. I will throw out the preferenes and see if that works.

This is a great example of how a simple concept well executed can result in a lot of fun. Easy to learn and play but a fun game you can play with friends.
