This is the most bug-infested program I have ever used, right out of the box.
The help forum is useless, and their responses are anything but TIMELY.
Rather than beta testing, I believe this company prefers to sell it first, and fix it later.
No matter how cool the Effects are, (agreed--they are pretty cool) I cannot however recommend this product for professional use, simply because it is literally guaranteed to crash during your set for no reason that you can easily identify. Tech support has gone out of their way to make ME look like the idiot, as if owning the most powerful laptop on the planet, and having tons of experience some how means nothing at all.

Been trying for 2 days... Livid...? No. But, I am frustrated. VT only shows about 70+ downloads, so there really isn't that much traffic... Livid may want to fix this quickly, I can't even view the demo video. BTW, all other internet connections are normal - it's just the Livid server. :(
