Their pricing page has rather vague inducements like "40% off for Equitrac users"(which a client of mine is right now and might be nice to migrate them off of) but 40% off what price??? Duh. I had to create a new user, login as that new user, then find out their pricing by randomly testing numbers of seats to see where their discounting levels were. Very inefficient and annoying. I'd like to see a pricing schedule listed on their pricing page.

This product lives up to every claim it makes. It's easy to install, easy to use, and is backed up with very good support.
I only had one issue during install, but it turned out to be in our internet security software. We simply set it to allow connections from the servers IP and no more issues.
The price of the software is in line with other products that offer similar features, but are windows only and do not offer the same level of support. The benefits by far outweigh the initial costs.
We use Check Box server on windows XP and have both XP and OS X clients. I highly recommend this product to everyone looking to account for their printing.

Their Tech Support is the best I have ever had the pleasure to come across. I had a small issue with a accounting feature, not only did they fix it for me, but they notified me that the fix was in the newest version for download thye just put on their servers.
The client system allows you to manage the client systems via their web site with your admin login. So moving the software is very easy to do!
If you are looking for Print Accounting software, LOOK NO FURTHER!!!!
