With pdf-DocPro you can set new PDF document and presentation properties with some few clicks.

Define settings, presentation features, security permissions, encryption levels and printing options.

You want to add a 128-bit encryption or a User password and/or a Master password? Show the document in Acrobat Reader with Thumbnails or without them?

What magnification you want to present? Which page layout?

You want to present your document in Acrobat Reader like a Powerpoint presentation? Then Acrobat Reader should hide menu bars, tool bars, window controls and ought to open in full screen mode. No problem with pdf-DocPro. Set new document titles, author information, topics and document key words for search engines or DMS systems and so on. With pdf-DocPro you can preset any Adobe Reader.

In addition to that pdf-DocPro contains a new compression feature that reduces any PDF file up to 90 %.

I tried this product and it doesn't work. If you need to compress a pdf, you probably need to buy Acrobat. I'm very disappointed with this product.

I downloaded, and putchased for money, version 3.4.4 of this program a few months ago. It works. It is easy to use. However, I recommend you go to the developers site and download the current version of 3.4.4 instead of the old version 3.2 shown here.

I really did not know that you can preset every recipient´s Adobe Reader like this. This supports me very much in document exchange. And its a cool price !
