Product Description:

SonicMood bathes you in gentle tones played by selected instruments to calm and relax you while you work. It's like 'Mood Chimes', notes which sound as if produced by chimes blown by the wind. The patterns never repeat and are gentle, harmonious, and soothing. There are 28 different sets of 'chimes' using different instruments, including bells, crystals, kalimbas, glockenspiels, violins, and many others. Audio files of nature sounds can be added to each mood. You can create your own moods or edit the 28 existing moods. You won't find anything like this on a CD...

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed a bug that caused a crash if a Mood is dragged to a new position in the Moods list.

  • Fixed a bug that fails to enable the soundfile controls (play/pause time, volume, pan) when a soundfile is selected (checked) in the "Mood Info/Edit" window soundfile list, if editing a Mood that's not the one currently playing.

  • Fixed a bug that caused an "Out of Bounds Error" under certain conditions when a soundfile was "unselected" in the soundfile list.

  • Corrected a small bug that failed to highlight the Mood (or last Mood if more than one) when copied over to another Theme.

  • Increased the default width of the soundfiles column in the Moods list from 200 to 300 pixels.

  • Made a slight cosmetic change to the EditMoodsWindow soundfiles page.

SonicMood ReviewThe perfect Ambient Music and Environmental Background Soundmaker! - Version: 4.8.1, 4/19/2008 05:22PM PST

SonicMood is one of those rare applications that you might only find a few of during all your computer use years. For a decade now I have expected to find the perfect "Ambient Music" internet streaming "radio" stations and be satisfied. But that has yet to happen. They all go off in tangents and the like where what you are listening to is no longer ambient at all and it becomes annoying.

SonicMood is the prefect answer to this problem. It has 26 pre-define “Moods” that gives the user the ”feeling” that they want to hear. Then just let it play and it will forever keep playing that Mood randomly. Plus all the Moods can be edited as one pleases as well as there is the ability to create one’s own Mood.

For me personally, this is the perfect sleep aid! I usually start it up, playing it through the home’s sound system a couple of hours before I go to bed and leave it playing until I have my morning’s coffee. I love it!

SonicMood ReviewSoothing break from xmas music - Version: 4.8.1, 12/13/2007 07:39AM PST

Blaring on the radio, xmas music, which is NOT for everyone. Thus SonicMood is a clean refreshing break, and is truly relaxing and good for background music while working on Mac computer graphics and reading the plethora of e-mail files and web site newsletters. So many sound choices, thus it never gets boring. Keep up the good work.
