It now works, and so is back to the great piece of software it used to be. It's the most useful software I've found for storing and organising lots of small bits of information.

Formation is one of the most customizable database tools I've seen from this genre. I like it and am delighted Radical Software has taken over development. Somehow my name was lost in the transfer of registered users when they acquired the program, but an email to Bryan was promptly answered with my registration code. I look forward to future developments.

Formation ReviewGreat but .. avoid this update - Version: 1.1.2, 5/11/2005 01:24AM PST

First, Formation is a splendid piece of software at what it does; it's the best information organizer I've found.

However, the developer/owner has changed, and all this update does is change the registration mechanism. In effect what this means is that it turns your fully functional legally purchased software back into a demo! They say they'll email new new registration information shortly, but they haven't, to me at least. Nor has the new owner responded to requests. A disgrace, really.
