Hello.
My apologies to anyone who had trouble with the last version; i certainly hope it was a minority of you. At any rate, the new version is rewritten from the ground up, with a lot of the troublesome stuff excised from it in favor of clean new code. Furthermore, the program automatically reloads the data any time it's ready to save, and if it doesn't check out okay, it won't save it. I welcome your feedback either here or over email.

I entered in a few dozen transactions today and was very pleased with the application until it became unresponsive. I closed it, reopened it and found all my data was gone. I had read the other reviews and had saved my data from time to time during the entry process. Restarts didn't seem to affect the data until the last one wiped it. I sure hope the developer can find out what is causing this because this could be the perfect personal finance application for me if not for the dependability.

Thanks for your patience; I hope that the majority of people are finding success with the software. The day job doesn't leave me a lot of time for it, but I am working on some bug fixes and maybe improvements for a near-term release, including the most commonly reported issues, such as:
- Column Size saving fixes
- Date/Internationalization Preferences (DD/MM/YY versus MM/DD/YY, for instance)
- Internationalized folder names (these are a common cause of failure to start)
- Sorting behavior fixes
- Import/Export fixes
