Product Description:

SFTP client (secure FTP) designed primary for automation of SFTP, FTP and related tasks. Goal is to create advanced SFTP and FTP tasks that can be scheduled automatically or run instantly. Supports a very flexible wildcard system to transfer multiple files at once. Supports subdirectory transfers. Includes flexible task scheduler. Email notification of task failure. Version 8.09 includes unspecified updates.

  • Simple User Interface helps you transfer files interactively, but the Goal is to get you to create advanced SFtp and Ftp tasks that can be scheduled automatically or run manually.
  • Automate SFtp to/from an intranet or internet server. Schedule ftp of files between your PC and the server and automatically rename the files based on current month, day or time if needed. SFtp supports wildcards (*). Transfer multiple files at once. Supports subdirectory transfers.
  • Scheduler software is very easy to use, yet has very powerful scheduling, tasking and automation capabilities.
  • Email Notification of task failure based on task exit code.
  • Remote Ftp directory monitor can detect directory change and trigger ftp , zip, copy, delete tasks. Can also detect file size, total files, file modification dates and trigger other tasks if required.
  • Local directory monitor works similar to the Remote Ftp directory monitor.
  • Zip files and directories using wildcards on schedule. Can append date/time to filename for archive purposes.
  • Copy files and directories using wildcards on schedule. Can append date/time to filename for archive purposes.
  • Delete files on schedule based on wildcards.

This is the worst crap ever posted on VT. I downloaded it.. crashed at once.. I still can not beleive the DEV. posts this.. I mean.. he never gets more them one star.. ever .. I woudl give it - 5 stars JUNK.. looks like a windows app as well.

Bwaahahahahaahahahaaahh! There are many more things you can do with your money and have more to show for it, like...burning it. The only reason I clicked "Poor" is because the "Price" radio button under the name of "Extremely poor" doesn't exist.

Please. An FTP app for $70. Add ssh for an additional $30, and sell an sFTP app for $100.

This is some kind of joke, right?

Ah, well. For any FTP newbies who happen by this comment, do yourself a favor and hop on over to Panic's web site (panic.com), and support those fine folks with $30 for a very good, stable FTP client wrapped in a thoughtfully developed GUI. Heck, they'll even throw in the secure transfer capability at no additional charge!

A very good (and free) alternative: Cyberduck

In short, don't let this schyster reel you in. And I am in no way affiliated with Panic or any other FTP software developer.
