This seems pretty shady. It's too bad VersionTracker doesn't require developers to include more information on new apps.
Any 'volunteers' want to try this and see if it deletes your Home folder?

Went to the developer's web page and it is a single graphic and 3 sentences.

No way I'm installing this.
The developer lists a number of other shareware and freeware utils, all pretty simple, so it seems he's been writing little utils for some time.
At first I was concerned too, because the URL for the guy's web site that Versiontracker lists (http://www.volny.cz/putaint/index_en.htm) leads to a 404 page (No such page), but Versiontracker's listing for his developer page works:
