I find this to be a very stable, reliable and easy-to-use backup program, with good documentation. While it doesn't do clones (duplicates of your hard drive) it is very useful for User folders and/or system and application preferences, Mail, etc, and is therefore an excellent value for someone who is looking for a basic backup. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

One (the one here) is a standalone free Mac backup application. it does not do encryption or compression as far as I know. The other, at ibackup.com, is an online for-a-fee backup service with a Mac helper application. Confusing, to be sure.
