While I was glad I purchased these apps when I posted my initial review about a year ago, I am now greatly disappointed with Radical Breeze. Their lack of customer service, lack of updates, and broken promises, make me regret ever spending a dime on their software.
I strongly believe in supporting shareware, but in this case I made a mistake.

Well, I went ahead and upgraded recently when they had a special offer. As mentioned before, there are some programs that I will not use, but it was cheaper to get the package deal and I also got Formation.
The ones I do use include DiscBlaze, Radical Photo and Illumination. I may start using Footlights too.
Support has always been great, however, it has been disappointing to see the bulletin board disappear, and who knows when some of the suggested improvements will be implemented into their programs.
Overall, the software is good with the potential to be great. Considering the price for the 10 pack, it is a great deal. Hopefully we'll see improvements to the software soon. As it is, it's good but with a lot of room for improvement. The developers should have all of the suggestions that were posted in their bulletin board, so I won't go into detail here. I'm glad I upgraded!
