Product Description:
Tux the Penguin's girlfriend, Penny, has been kidnapped! Tux must run, jump and stomp enemies while tracking her down! SuperTux is an open source 2D side-scroller taking strong inspiration from the Super Mario Bros. games for Nintendo.
What's new in this version:
- Four new Forest levels
- On the forest island, Tux must collect Keys to solve the final level
- Slightly improved Antarctica and Bonus World levels
- New and improved sound track that can loop seamlessly
- An experimental Addon Manager allows downloading new game content
- Screenshots can be saved by pressing a key
- Level statistics are tracked and saved

As they said, a Super Mario Bros clone with an icy flavor to it. Not bad.
But it could use two things:
-volume control (at the lowest system volume notch it's still too loud on my speakers for me)
-the ability to quit via the application menu/pressing command-Q. At present only clicking on the window's red bubble will do it.

This, along with Pac the Man and Argonaut 2149, is the cream of the crop for Mac freeware arcade games.
