Product Description:

iStabilize is a video stabilizer for MacOS X. iStabilize removes unwanted shaky motion from movies with respect to translation, rotation, and zoom. It is a complete movie player with editing capabilities and can read and write many movie formats. iStabilize provides a preview mode, where stabilization parameters can be adjusted and their effects can be seen immediately without time consuming rendering. Stabilization can be applied to multiple temporal intervals of a movie.

  • Native support for Intel-based Macs.
  • Improved support for multiple processors.

Tried the demo. Looked promising, BUT: the files it produced (HD) could not be recognized (and thus not loaded or used) by Final Cut Express 4. Too bad. So, people: try it out first!

Work well in SD but crash in HD format (from Canon HV20). Macbookpro 2.33 / 4Go ram - Leopard 10.5.2 + external firewire 800 drive

This is so good almost all I can say is WOW. This works like I expect, Does what I expect and cost what I expect.
Except for the Extrapolate Margins, that is not quite useable for me but then I would want everything.
This is the "If you could only buy one item" that you get if you have any hand held video to work with, even some of my tripod long zoom bouncing is gone now.
I wish I had this for my last project.
