Product Description:

Prank application that restarts the computer upon start-up repeatedly (and annoyingly) until removed.

To uninstall Mayhem, hold Shift as the computer starts up until the Finder is loaded and the files on your desktop (or at least your hard drive icon) appear. Now that your computer is in safe mode, remove Mayhem from the Startup Items menu or delete it from your computer. That's it!

This 'developer' obviously has issues. Probably the middle child from a large family who received the brunt of his older sibling's abuse. Anyone who uses this app in malice should find themselves worthy of the harshest retribution.

what do you do when someone maliciously installs this thing on your machine and walks away?

I think that starting up in Safe-mode is NOT an intuitive thing for a very substantial percentage of users.

Just a suggestion to the developer- if you create a prank piece of software, program (and mention in the readme file) some sort of workaround that makes the prank easy to disable. It should all be fun and games, which I'm sure is what you intended.

What makes whoopie cushions funny, and not annoying, is that they don't happen over and over and over again.
