I've tried this app and the Divx export in toast 7. I have to say that Toast 7 is faster and made a more compact file. I might have overlooked someting in this app, but it wasn't obvious to me. For someone who doesn't have Toast, I'd recommend this for them, but I would hope that the file size is more easily manipulable.
great tool

I tried all my dv files. It works great with my dv (PAL and NTSC, regular or DVCPRO, even the dv from ffmpegX). Except for the DVCPRO50 that it don't manage to encode with the 1st pass, I must use the "pré-export option" (but who cares of this format ;-)).
No problem with this soft and ...easy to use and for free !
Thanks
Could be perfect if it says to me when a dv file must be pre-export first.
