www.keyspan.com has a 1.3.4 version that lacks the beta designation, so is apparently the final release. I don't know if it's different from the beta posted on versiontracker but it's there. They also recommend running their uninstal program before updating, which is posted at their web site along with the usb server program.

In our research laboratory, and we run several pieces of software that require
usb dongle license keys. Since we almost never need to run the software
on more than one machine at a time, but do run it on more than one machine
one at a time, we move the dongles around - kind of a pain. But we now share
them using the Kespan USB server and no more moving dongles around. It still
only allows one copy to run at a time, so it doesn't break the liscense, it
just saves time and effort and is much safer, since the dongles/licenses are
>$1000 each. We can even run the programs remotely using the Active
Discovery feature, where all you need is the IP address of the server and the Keyspan USB Server software.
Great system! Works fine on 10.4.8 powerPC G4, G5 and Intel macs.

On 3 different PowerPC Macs -- a PCI G4, a 17" PowerBook G4, and a 350MHz iMac G4. Maybe there's just a problem with IntelMacs...
The KeySpan USB Print Server and its accompanying software are both EXCELLENT. Best print server for Macs -- other USB print servers from companies like Linksys & D-Link are PITIFUL in comparison.
Highly recommended!
