iPaste Troubleshooting ReportOh, joy! - Version: 1.1.3, 1/13/2008 03:17PM PST

Delighted to report that the latest beta of FinderPop co-exists harmoniously with iPaste in Os 10.5.1 and I can now die happy. Guys, if you aren't using iPaste in your Contextual menu, you're wasting your life.

iPaste ReviewConflict knocks out Contextual Menu paste - Version: 1.1.3, 12/9/2007 03:55PM PST

Simon Chapman
iPaste is the mutt's nuts. I hate floating palettes and I love the functionality that iPaste adds unobtrusively to the Contextual Menu. Trouble is I lose iPaste's CM functions when I have the beta of FinderPop 2.1 active and that's a blow since FinderPop fixes a lot of stuff that Leopard broke for me. I haven't marked iPaste down though because I don't know who to blame for the conflict.

i have tried many of the other multi-clipboard apps and in the end settled for this one. I love that clipboard items are listed on the contextual menu, so you dont have any graphical interpahse taking space on the screen

Just a message for two points :
-First say that this App is just the greatest in its domain !
-Second just tell i got a little issue with prefs. The "show palette" and "show clip" windows at startup ae not working. I always have the palette window open at startup which makes the app obstrusive.
Know why ?
THanks for the nice app

iPaste Troubleshooting ReportUntitled shows up... - Version: 1.1.1, 10/20/2004 10:31AM PST

... I created two clip sets, AppleWorks and Word. In the Pref for Pallette linking, my AppleWorks set shows up twice (it's the first one I made) In the floating palette, the last one I made named Word shows up as Untitled. Once I quit and restart, this little problem goes away. Thought you might want to know.

iPaste ReviewContextual menu!!! - Version: 1.1, 10/14/2004 03:58AM PST

Can't just say no to it being installed - it keeps asking everytime iPaste 1.1 starts wether you want to install it or not. Well I don't! So its pretty frustrating having to answer everytime iPaste starts. Fix it please :)

Also text blocks copied from Word and then pasted back into Word turns up like black pictures the size of the textblock. Pasting from 'recent' doesn't do that. Only Using the 'default' pallette.

iPaste Reviewnot a bad start at all - Version: 1.0.2, 7/13/2004 07:05AM PST

The program has a nice simple interface and basic functionality. Unfortunately it doesn't fill the void left by PTHPasteboard that many of us are lamenting. It would be great to see click to paste, multipe paste lists and customizeable keyboard shortcuts. One big plus is that the interface is much more graceful than the other pasting apps out there which all look too OS 9. If this app can keep its style and elevate it's features a bit it will be a great resource. I'd love to know if the developer will attempt a dashboard conversion of this for 10.4. Price point is a bit high in terms of functionality - I'd gladly pay 5 or 6, but for 10 there are many apps out there that doa lot more.

iPaste CommentaryMuch needed app - Version: 1.0.1, 5/5/2004 11:17AM PST

I like this app a lot. OS X definately has needed more pasting apps. Ever since PTHPasteboard went away there hasn't been something to fill the void esp. for users that need frequent text inputting to fields, forms, or word processing. I've always wanted a menubar paster. I only wish I could have access to all 60 items I paste often on the first click of the menubar icon; I don't like the extra movement neccessary to navigate to the "paste" item and then get another menu pop up and then navigate again. Otherwise this is an app that I've been needing and wanting for awhile now.

iPaste ReviewHmm - Version: 1.0.1, 5/5/2004 09:21AM PST

Got so much potential, looks great, but the copy in one app and then putting iPaste to the front to paste it in, is not my idea of good usability. If it automatically add copied text or graphics when its copied in an app to the trays in iPaste, now that would be cool, the pasting from iPaste is great though, working from the menubare. Text is not useful though, as the text in menybar is to small. Also when copy/pasting from word and using iPaste to paste text back in the document, makes iPaste paste some sort of big black square. No text to be seen.
