ZMacSync CommentaryVery happy to see this App - Version: 1.5b5, 11/24/2004 06:37AM PST

Very happy that this hardworking developer is in our corner. Since the Zaurus is based on Linux, it's natural that Mac OS X users be interested in it as a platform. The Zauruses (Zaurii?) are some of the best machines out there. HOWEVER, the little issue of the company not being interested in being part of the U.S. market in the future, or of bringing the excellent clamshell types out, is a crying shame. Any google search for Zaurus SL-C760 and other models will bring up many resellers that sell them from Japan, and they can be obtained, and easily changed from Japanese mode to English with some well documented hacks.

You just need to upgrade the ZMacSync application. The Zaurus communication package is interchangeable.

Would LOVE to see this application mature. The Zaurus is a wonderful too ... in so many ways an excellent compliment to the Mac.

I would probably go Zaurus, if this were fully functional.
