Jonathan, the owner of the company, called me at my office in Switzerland to walk me through some installation problems I was having (no fault of the software). Talk about service.
The best way…

to spend your DB Connectivity time and dollars, bar none.
Was a long standing OpenLink customer. Had to deal with an issue on their driver. One day decided to try Actual's drivers. Wow. And much less cost. All of a sudden I had fast and reliable data whereas before I had to code a workaround.
From OpenLink I got propaganda sales materials. From Actual I got the most amazing customer care and attention with dedicated and responsive interaction committed to following through on solutions. I also got the a company that genuinely appreciated my purchasing their goods.
Having used multiple products from multiple vendors, I am 100% satisfied with these people and their product. They know their stuff and have solutions for all manner of connectivity issues. You're not going to get better than this.

This product is invaluable for connecting FileMaker Pro databases to ODBC databases accessed via SQL Server.
My client, a financial services company, has deployed this SQL Server driver on multiple computers for about four years. It has proven to be highly reliable. Setup is easy -- especially after the first one. A graphic designer in the client's office sets up new computers with no intervention from me.
Support is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable but depends on a limited pool of people.
Also see some usage tips I intend to post shortly.
