Object Report Manager - 0.4.1

This FileMaker Database is intended to help automate the creation of object reports for PowerSchool (based on PowerSchool 3.7.0.28). It is not a graphical report generator, rather, it mimics the normal object definition screens that you see in PowerSchool. Once all of your definitions have been entered, you can then export and XML file formated and ready to be imported into PowerSchool.
Features:

• Repeating Text Objects - If you have a series of text objects that vary mostly by location (ie a column of grades or Standards scores), you can define a single object, duplicate your master object, enter in your change in X and/or Y coordinate, then the database will automatically adjust the coordinates for you. --see Documentation for a more detailed explanation of the process.
• Since this is a local database, you can utilize the power and speed of Filemaker Pro to duplicate and edit records. Once you are satisfied with your report, you can export the template. This is a huge time saver over editing objects via PowerSchool since you do not have to continually reload web pages.

Limitations:

• Does not allow you to create Fee List objects.
• You can't preview a report unless you choose to export it, then import it into PowerSchool first.
