nibTranslate provides a graphical front end to nibtool, Apples command line application for nib manipulation. It allows translation and generation of multiple nib files using a single translation dictionary for each language.

A very good utility for localizing app. This latest version fixes serious bugs in the format of exported strings, especially the unescaped quote marks. It'd be nice to have the exported strings sorted alphabetically, too, but that's just a minor point.

Kudos to the developer.
