wgscott
jmol, imol, pymol, molmol, rasmol and o all are vastly better options on OS X. Molmol and rasmol are available via fink. The others as binary downloads from their respective pages.

I downloaded molviewx and was immediately stumped.

I guess you have to know what you are doing to use this. It's not a point and click application. I'm still looking for an OSX version of Chime!
