I have spent quite a bit of time researching how to get my Gigabit PowerMac to see the full size of my larger than 129GB drives. This product was named multiple times and I looked into it. It has been around for quite a few years and is being used on a very large cross section of Mac models. Over the years there have been some complaints (what on earth has never been complained about?).
I'm writing to say I have;
Paid for the product, without problem
Downloaded the file, without problem
Unzipped and copied the file to my drive, without problem
Installed the drivers, without problem
(160GB Seagate Barracuda and 320GB Western Digital Caviar drives via motherboard connection)
I boot into Tiger 10.4.11, Panther 10.3.9, Jaguar 10.2.8, all on separate partitions of the same drive
I also boot into OS 9.2.2 on a second drive
I have cloned all my volumes and am able to boot to all clones, without problem
(using, CCC 3.1, and Disk Utility "Restore")
and everything works perfectly!
I hope the boards with the negative feedback would take a moment and review the dates of the complaints and "clean up" their posts.
This product works exactly as described.

I downloaded v1.2 ( not 1.0 )driver for my G4 400 PCI Graphics MacOsx 10.4.2 with a Maxtor 6L200P0 200 GB as secondary drive and it does'nt work.
I posted in the Intech support board the issue and in a week they released 1.2.1 that's working fine. Great work, in august!!!
Manuele

My only gripe is that Apple doesn't include this in their own OS, but I finally have access to the "lost" 32GB on my 160GB secondary drive in my AGP G4.

I think this company may be a scam, do not part with any money. I too have apparently been ripped off by these people and am reporting them. The download link doesn't work and they refuse to reply to any emails. If it's not a scam, it's a very badly run company. Too many people have had a similar experience for this to be isolated bad luck. Avoid untill you see a lot of good reports.
works very well for me - Version: 3.0, 7/21/2004 03:39AM PST

I had a similar problem as an earlier review. They took my money for the software. The installer errored out and would not run on a machine with a fresh software installation. Could not find a way to make the driver work. I believe it may not be compatible with 10.3.4. My inquiries received no response. I'm still hopeful that tech support or anyone at the company will get back to me but I'm not optimistic.

BEWARE of the Intech web site for the SpeedTools ATA Hi-Cap Support Driver for MacOS X. I went to down load it, having filled in all my credit card info, etc., and after it accepted my payment, nothing happened when I hit the final download button. I've contacted the company three times at the addresses shown on the web site but there's been absolutely no response. So now I'm out $25 and have a 250GB HDD that I can't install. BEWARE!
