Apple Wireless Keyboard ReviewSo far so good... - Version: 1.1, 3/24/2004 12:10PM PST

So far so good - if this update fixes the problem where the keyboard will just start sending hundreds of letters by itself I'll be very happy.

Apple Wireless Keyboard ReviewWorks Great! - Version: 1.1, 3/24/2004 07:15AM PST

I have had very few problems with the keyboard with my G4 tower and just before the update I think the batteries were getting low because I'd lose the connection every so often (which normally never happens), but after the update it works great again.

No problems at all with update, or usage after. But just what did this version fix? It seemed to work fine before, if a little slow to recognize on the first use after power-on.

Apple Wireless Keyboard Troubleshooting ReportNot good... - Version: 1.1, 3/23/2004 03:28PM PST

in my case. Whereas I used to lose connection (keyboard) once or twice a day, now, after the update, it's losing connection about once every ten minutes. I wonder if the G5 case is causing interference between the keyboard and the D-Link adapter (connected to the back of the G5).

Apple Wireless Keyboard Usage TipRecharging... - Version: 1.1, 3/23/2004 02:29PM PST

Recharging might be your problem. Try the mouse and keyboard with a fresh set of non-rechargeable AA. I've found that rechargeable batteries offer considerably less usage time.

Apple Wireless Keyboard CommentaryMouse Update - Version: 1.1, 3/23/2004 02:20PM PST

Update proceeded without problem, Not sure what has changed but am hoping i can now get more than 30 days before the batteries need changing. The advertized 3 months is yet a theoretical in my case....

I don't see anything worse or better with the use of my keyboard so I guess it was good. :-)

Thanks apple for keeping this up to date.

Seems OK, but I never had troubles, and I can't really see anything bad, so, OK.
