Product Description:

Data Keeper is an secure data editing and storage application for MacOS X. It is useful for keeping track of private information such as passwords, medical records, insurance information, diaries, and much more. Data Keeper features strong encryption, richtext and image support, pass-phrase generator, support for keys on removeable media, and more.

What's new in this version:

  • Data Keeper is now more paranoid. It locks keys into physical ram (can't be swapped to disk) and wipes key and document memory as often as possible.
  • An option to clear the clipboard when quitting was added.
  • There are minor speedups when saving or unlocking documents.

Cool little app, simple to use, not heavy on the CPU either (5-7% when working, then 0)... best of all, it's freeware!

I'm fairly surprised though that Data Keeper hasn't been downloaded by more than a couple of hundred people.. Give it a try.

Tried launching the app but nothing happens, I have repaired permisions but still no joy..runing 10.3.3
