Explicit ReviewOnly the first part is created - Version: 1.3, 6/20/2005 04:42AM PST

paoloz_dotmac
the the program stays there, but no second part was processed...
Preview worked for me tough.
Another nice feature would be keyframe splitting, possibly searching with
arrow keys...

To my surprise and delight, under the filters header there is a split option (?). Having no success with Explicit I gave it a try.... choose the avi file you want to split, set the time, click split and it's done! Burn vcds to hearts content ...

Explicit Troubleshooting ReportWhat am I doing wrong? - Version: 1.3, 10/11/2004 08:33AM PST

Cirrol
I select the avi file I want to split, click spit and the "open application" window appears and the file I've chosen to split is not highlighted ... if I click "choose" just for the hell of it, Explicit goes through the motions but the split files are nowhere to be found. Also, I've downloaded the codec software recommended by the developer but the preview still won't work.
Are there any other splitting programs out there for OS X?
I would greatly appreciate some assistance ... please feel free to email me personally at darkpisces@shaw.ca ...
Thanks!

Explicit Reviewworks fine with me - Version: 1.3, 8/16/2004 05:56PM PST

It works fine with me but what would make it really useful is the ability to join avi files also.

Explicit ReviewWorks so far - Version: 1.3, 4/26/2004 05:52PM PST

Thurgik
Works fine for me, only problem is that it cuts out a second or two where ever you split it.

When some files won't open in Explicit, that is all you see is a o byte file in the app's window, set the split time at 0 second and hit the split button. Discard file #1, file #2 should be recognized by the program as a valid file.

Explicit ReviewUseless! - Version: 1.3, 4/10/2004 04:32PM PST

Doesn't work with any .avi's I've tried. In fact it doesn't produce any files at all. Nuthin' nada, nil, zip! Guess it's true: you get what you (don't) pay for! Waste of time...

Explicit ReviewThumbs Up! - Version: 1.3, 4/1/2004 08:34PM PST

This is the first avi cutter I came across that really works. Nice job.
Tip: When some files won't open in Explicit, try setting the split time at 0 second and split. Discard file #1, file #2 should work.
