A real shame that this utility seems to not support USB 2 connected drives. I wrote the developer, but got no reply. Too bad as it's clear FW is being left where it is by Apple AND being there's no i/o transfer speed issues (USB2 supports far more speed than an optical drive can do) there's no reason to pay 10-20 extra for FW and USB connections.
