Product Description:

This program takes songs that you've chosen in your iTunes Library, that have incorrect or missing information for Title, Artist or Album , and then uses the sound of each song to match it with the correct information maintained in the MusicBrainz Database (musicbrainz.org). This processing takes about 7 seconds per song (on my Dual 2ghz G5 ;-) ), and then it allows you to verify before updating your iTunes Library.

What's new in this version:

  • Fixed nasty bug which disabled iEatBrainz on songs that had a lookup error & user had a MusicBrainz ID entered.
  • Displays error when generating a TRM of a file that you do not have write permission for, since iTunes will ignore it and pretend like it updated that tag.
  • Hopefully lessened instances in which the iTunes update will temporarily fail by attempting a second chance. Prints error messages to console when this happens, so check for error messages and email when this occurs, because I don't have a way of reproducing this error.
  • Update FAQ in iEatBrainz help.
  • Fixed bug with upgrading directly from pre 1.04 versions of iEatBrainz in which the new iEatBrainz would crash at startup.

I've recently updated to 5.3.7 and found it to be very good. It seems more user friendly than the last version and very stable.

The last version was good too but you had to click a few more times to check things out and sometime your images didn't align the way you wanted them to.

I saw this more as quirks than problems and they've been cleared up. Very nice.

Keep on getting an error "Please specify a return policy for your listing." making it impossible to list anything with a No Return Policy!

Just upgraded my Garagesale from v1.7 to v5.3.3 and had a problem with the license email [my fault for changing email address].

Sent an email to the folks at iwascoding...
...And got a response within 10 minutes !!
...At 21:30 at night [in London] !!

Now that's great customer service, and definitely worth telling people about !!
