Keep on getting an error "Please specify a return policy for your listing." making it impossible to list anything with a No Return Policy!

Just upgraded my Garagesale from v1.7 to v5.3.3 and had a problem with the license email [my fault for changing email address].
Sent an email to the folks at iwascoding...
...And got a response within 10 minutes !!
...At 21:30 at night [in London] !!
Now that's great customer service, and definitely worth telling people about !!

This program is worth every penny of its $35 price tag. Makes auction listings easy whether its one auction or 50 auctions. Ran into a few problems when I first purchased and the tech support is accurate and prompt. Creates a much more decorative auction than I would have time for on my own and I've made my purchase price back a hundred time because of sales using Garage Sale. I really can't say enough good about the program and its developers.

This program has been a lifesaver for me. I sell collectible books and am extremely particular about all template details, and the Garage Sale crew has troubleshooted me through everything from the simplest to most complex challenges in record time with record courtesy.
GarageSale is the most flexible, creative, user-friendly and dependable program out there. The team is friendly and responsible, and always open to suggestions and comments.

What a great program. The key thing is the program is simply incredible and saves money on every auction. Basically its freeware because you save so much in such a little time. Your auctions look professional and you can even make your own templates so it has versatility. I could write so much about how good this has worked for me. The biggest thing for me is the speed I can list auctions. listed 26 separate auctions in a little over 2 hours. I could never do that at ebay and I saved over 50 cents to a dollar per auction. Its freeware now because I have listed almost 70 auctions now and the money saved would buy the program 2 times over.
Get Garage Sale. If you have problems they will help you. Its such a huge deal for my store. Love it!!!!

I bought my first computer in 1983 and rarely since that time have I purchased software that provided so much value for the price. Garage sale works flawlessly. If there is a problem, the online support has been impeccable. I have consistently received a reply to any question in the two years I've been using the program within 24 hours. Often the reply comes within a few hours and has always remedied my problem (usually an I-D 10 T error). Anyone who lists a lot of auctions will find that they reccover the cost of the program in just a few days as the image hosting service significantly decreases the cost of listings. The many templates offered really dress up your listings too. I'm usually a cynic when it comes to software and few programs get my full approval but this is one of the few. Don't miss out on this program!

It does not let me enter the serial number. I can type my name in but when I click or tab to the serial number block the program crashes. I'm going back to 4.6.

It always asks for a username and serial.
The 4.0.6 version worked fine.
Beware also if you se 4.0.6 and download the update to 4.1 it will revert to Demo only

The last version was good too but you had to click a few more times to check things out and sometime your images didn't align the way you wanted them to.
I saw this more as quirks than problems and they've been cleared up. Very nice.
