Wow, a true competitor for FirstClass and other such solutions, built with collaboration in mind. It just allows everyone to discuss ideas in forums, has a full robust mail server and so many features I couldn't possibly list them here! All in a very very flexible and customizable package. There's even a free version if you do not need LDAP integration...
