iTreo Usage TipDoes it work the other way around? response - Version: 1.4, 10/7/2004 04:15PM PST

Palm Desktop should include a Send to Handheld application that you can use to drag & drop jpeg photos from your Mac - they will load onto your Palm next hotsync.

iTreo ReviewiTreo is great. - Version: 1.3, 9/8/2004 03:18PM PST

It's a shame that PalmOne didn't include this functionality for the Treo 600, but iTreo has filled the gap very elegantly. Well worth the $12.

This is not the case for Treo 600 users, who don't have a convenience copy of their photos stored in a folder. Incidentally, iTreo also supports Zire models and make it faster to get the photos into iPhoto or other applications. It can be used as a zippy photos browser, but you don't know that because you haven't tried it ;-)

iTreo CommentaryI haven't tried this... - Version: 1.3, 8/30/2004 12:54PM PST

...perhaps because every time I take pictures with my Zire 71 then sync, they wind up in a folder called PalmOne Photos in my Pictures folder. What does this software do beyond that?

iPalmPhoto does the same for free:

And no watermarks.

Does anyone know if this app allows us to transfer photos FROM THE MAC, TO the Treo also?

I have not been able to figure out a way to do that. (I'd like to use pictures that I have on my Mac to appear on the Treo screen when the corresponsing person rings me, and the pics I want to use on on my mac.)
Thx.

Works like a charm. Now if only I had the $12 to get the "Unregistered" watermark off of all my pictures. Oh bother.
