New features are good.
This is NOT a program that would be used by a licensed surveyor, but it one heck of a great tool for real estate agents and home owners that need a visual representation of property taken from a metes and bounds description on a deed. Developer is VERY responsive to suggestions and comments.
As a real estate broker, this program has saved me plenty of time, money and headaches - and maybe some ticks and snakebites!

pretty rudimentary, but functional. Little things don't work, like cmd-s for saving, cmd-w for closing window, the window doesn't show the title of the saved file, etc. I wanted to know the acrage of my land and it calculated that just like I had hoped (although I have no way of checking it's accuracy). The author made recommonded changes real quickly.

Great concept for landowners but data entry is unforgiving. Wrong values or formatting produces a chain of error messages. Instructions for data entry are hidden in an area of the 'about' box and are sketchy at best.
A more user-friendly interface and far better instructions would greatly enhance thiss great concept.
Will follow this with interest and hope that the development continues. The app will be extremely useful when the rough edges soften a bit.

Have had no qualms about the total acreage/area output. Every time I finish a plat it registers the same acreage as called for in the deed.
Kudos (again) to the developer!
