Product Description:
- Turn Metes and Bounds data into a plot map.
- Calculates Square Feet, Acreage and Hectares.
- Easily enter measurements in rods, chains, meters, yards, inches, fathoms, hands, spans or furlongs.
- Can auto-close a plot drawing if the final plot segment is missing.
- Create custom labels.
- Split a plot into multiple plots.
- Supports multiple layers. Curves. GPS Waypoints. And more.
What's new in this version:
- Added a toolbar to the top of the main form. Added a menu that contains all of the same options as the toolbar.
- Lines can now be set to dashed.
- Background pictures can now be set to any custom scale. And can now be set to draw the top-left, top-right, bottom-left, bottom-right corner at the center of the screen.
- The X,Y to Layer form can now choose which unit of measurement the X,Y points are in. It can also import a list of X,Y coordinates from a text file.
- Added the ability to right-click on a call to toggle its visibility.
- Added the ability to see, and change, all POB X,Y values at once.
- Added a watermark for showing what will fit on a single sheet of paper.
- Added the ability to show the area in the center of each layer.
- Added the ability to choose to show calls and lengths in-line on a layer by layer bases.
- Added a status bar to the bottom of the main screen.
- Added Tutorial #5 â Working with Sections.
- X,Y Coordinates can now be exported as any unit of measurement and with decimals or rounded to nearest unit.
- The Windows menu now shows all open windows. Choosing one switches to that window.

New features are good.
This is NOT a program that would be used by a licensed surveyor, but it one heck of a great tool for real estate agents and home owners that need a visual representation of property taken from a metes and bounds description on a deed. Developer is VERY responsive to suggestions and comments.
As a real estate broker, this program has saved me plenty of time, money and headaches - and maybe some ticks and snakebites!

Have had no qualms about the total acreage/area output. Every time I finish a plat it registers the same acreage as called for in the deed.
