Product Description:

fnSwitch is an application that changes the behaviour of the fn key for the new Apple PowerBooks. It allows to use function keys without the fn key.

What's new in this version:

  • A little modification of interface design of the preference pane to allow a clean access to the checkbox.
  • Added system drivers dependency in fnStartup startup item to allow fnSwitch to use the keyboard driver ( if fnSwitch tries to open the connection with the keyboard driver too early, it will return kIOReturnNotOpen, and of course it won't work ).

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.3
  • Mac OS X 10.2
  • Mac OS X 10.1
  • Mac OS X 10.0

Additional Requirements:

  • Mac OS X

I don't want the keyboard "switcher. I don't plan to switch very often.
