I don't really see the purpose of this application. Only thing that would be beneficial is setting the status to idle, which is not supported.

I had the same problem. Just right (or control click) on the "download now" link and select "download linked file as". The save the file to your hard drive and open it.

As it says in the info, .sitx files sometimes are downloaded as garbage text. If you get this:
  1. let the download complete
  2. save the file as a text file with a .stix extension
  3. open it in Stuffit Expander

i agree Zyp, but at the moment, "Idle" is a read-only property of the account, not the Application, so all I can set is Available/Away/Offline.
