Tried this and it worked great in safari and mail but the PrintSelection service was greyed out in Internet Explorer or other apps such as Word. Shouldn't it be available to any app as a service?

It prints selected text and images, but not as they appear on the page. It seems to move down a line before and after an image. I tried to print a crossword and it took 6 pages – a new line for every square of the grid. If this could be fixed, I would find it quite useful.

My first comment indicated that Print Selection didn't work at all. I rebooted, launched Safari, and it worked just fine. If it doesn't work for you, try quitting and relaunching Safari, at least. Reboot if necessary.

At least a change from the crap I have been reviewing for the last few days. All went fine with this app. Especially useful for printing part of web pages, graphics included. I plan to frequently call upon it from today. And thanks for making it freeware.

Didn't work at all. I tried to print a selection from the Versiontracker description of how to do it, followed the directions, and nothing happened. Maybe I'm doing something wrong since others said it worked. OS 10.3.2.

This could potentially save our agency a LOT of paper since people can now print only the text they need from a long web page (esp. state and federal sites) and not have to guess at which page(s) they need or just print all and toss the unneeded pages. THANKS!

For those apps that appear in the Services menu it appears to do as advertised. I had no trouble printing from Mail, Safari, Sherlock to my hp2100M using OS 10.3.2
