Product Description:
An authoring software for producing interactive QuickTime Movies MistralMovie makes it possible to create presentations (combining images, video sequences, sound, buttons, etc.) in which you can actively influence the course of events.
MistralMovie is characterized by an ergonomics and an increased comfort from use with a simple and powerful use, thus giving access as well to the beginner to the users informed.
Some functionalities of MistralMovie: Management of film, Song (Play, Stop, Pause, fast Speed etc ) Management of VR file (Rotation, Zoom, etc.) Change the files, ( films, VR, Flash ) dynamically inside a mov file. Recovery of Hot Spot in VR files to create events in basic interactive movie. Addition a events on the Flash buttons Management of the sprite files. Creation of the "Skin" (form of the player) for the final mov file. Many more features...

how many dollars is 149 euros?
demo is very limited. but through trial and error I finally was able to accomplish a small project
you can't save in the demo so you gotta be real patient because it is not very crash-proof
I think it is a little more of an elegant solution than Movieworks but I'm afraid ¢149 might be pushing $200
