Fills a big gap

MidiBridge fills a gigantic gap that no one seemed willing or interested in filling. How can you pass incoming MIDI signals to classic applications? BidiBridge9X. Developer open to suggestion and calls for help, and fixes occur quickly. Only negative is that it's a little expensive for something stilll in beta (although it's as stable as release software). It was there when I absolutely needed to run software in Classic.
can someone explain this to me? - Version: 0.86, 3/27/2004 10:54PM PST

I haven't downloaded this to try it, but I'm a little confused as to what situations this software is supposed to help.
The description says it's been tested with Band-in-a-Box, however, I have the latest version of BIAB for Mac, and it is hard-coded to detect when it is run in Classic and allow only Quicktime (no MIDI) when run in Classic. Does MidiBridge9X trick BIAB into thinking that it's not running in Classic?
As for Finale... I'm using PrintMusic 2002, and it works fine in Classic with OMS, i.e. OS X.3 appears to allow OS 9 software in Classic to work with MIDI (unlike earlier versions of OS X).
I also have MicroLogic AV, which when started in Classic says that it cannot run in Classic and quits. If MidiBridge9X will get BIAB to work in Classic, might it also get MicroLogic to work?
Any information anyone has on these issues would be greatly appreciated!
