I accidently replaced the CharSys d20 folder with the CharSys d20 application on this disk image. Therefore, it crashed during launch. The disk image is back the way it should be now. Can't believe I did that!
Slow Database Connection - Version: 1.3, 7/22/2004 07:25PM PST

For some reason, upon launch, CharSys d20 takes about 30 seconds to connect to the database thus making it appear as if the application has frozen. The database will eventually open. I am currently looking into what the issue may be.
This program was written by people who obviously know nothing about Apple's human interface guidelines; the interface is nightmarishly childish.
The functionality appears to be solid and well-considered, but the interface is so amateurish that it hardly feels like a Mac application. When I want to use ugly programs, I use windows, so sorry - this went straight to the trash and I'm sticking with pen and paper for the time being.
