Download and install seemed to go fine. And after some trial and error and error, I think I got it configured right. Unfortunately, when I try to configure apps built in the Qt environment, I get an error that says: "Cannot locate correct Qt headers."

Dearchive and copy the folder to /usr/local/lib. again: I'm sorry.
nota bene: apparently this is just a check/dependency on the Qt-library startup.
