Product Description:

You may be little. You may have no internal skeletal structure. But it's up to you to save the anthill.
Your ant colony is trapped in its anthill. Spooky bugs and treacherous terrain stand between your hungry bretheren and the tasty morsels of food that could feed the colony. But you're one ant in a million. And it's your job to go gather up the food and bring it back... without becoming food yourself!
Navigate the maze of rocks. Avoid the nasty bugs eager to eat you up. Along the way, employ your super-ant ability of re-arranging the rocks to protect yourself, and maybe squash a nasty bug or two! If you're not quick on your six little feet, your ant days will be over, and your fellow ants will go hungry. But succeed, and they'll be singing your praises as the hero of the anthill!

Anthill ReviewReally fun game - Version: 1.0, 3/2/2004 03:05PM PST

hardyboy100
This is a fun little game. It's nice, since it takes up just a small part of the desktop, and so lends itself to a few minutes' worth of play here and there at work. The concept is simple, which I think is key games like this.

(Also, for what it's worth, I've experienced no performance issues at all, on either my G4 Titanium Powerbook or my 733Mhz G3 tower...)

Anthill ReviewVery poor control - Version: 1.0, 2/29/2004 03:18PM PST

ErickWong
Control is one of the most crucial fundamentals of a game. I love many retro games, but the stuttery, unresponsive control is unbearable. (As an aside, it also dumps several megabytes' worth of audio and image files in your home directory for no apparent reason.)

I am completely addicted to this game! The graphics are very clever, and the play is simple and fun. One of these times, I am going to get past the @#%$#! hotdog level!!!
