Product Description:

Every time I buy it (twice) there is a problem with getting the downloa to work. That starts your limited tech support period. Just as that period ends, the program screws up and it cost another $50 to get it to print more than the cover sheet. Thanks, but NO THANKS.

There are so many bugs (9 and counting) in this that I expect anyone who buys it will seek a refund. I have a support thread running for 5 weeks now just to fix one problem. Support response averages 5 days, sometimes more. The responses are exceedingly lame, "make sure the login name and password is correct". Duh!
This doesn't even qualify for beta testing. One silver lining, most if not all the bugs appear to me to be easy fixes. I may hold out a little longer for the first update to decide on pursuing a refund.
