In-Out Board - 1.0

I'm working as an intern for a small newspaper company this summer. We've installed In-Out Board in several offices and have them networking with each other. I'm not really a tech person, so I needed some walking through on the networking side of the set up. Glassbead Software has been very helpful in with tech support for their product. I had to email and call numerous times with different questions about various modems and routers. I was able to talk to the same person for all my questions, and she went above and beyond to help me out without making me feel like I was bothering her.
The program has also been helpful for the company. Since our offices are in various locations and we have people out of the office a lot, In-Out Board is making it convenient to find out who is where. Simply opening In-Out Board is a lot easier than making three or four phone calls to try and locate someone only to find out they're on vacation for the week. It's been very useful for us.
