Product Description:

In-Out Board is the cross-platform staff in/out tracking tool for your office. Users can easily set their status as well as leave notes (i.e. how they can be reached, when they'll be back). In-Out Board's status categories are fully customizable.

In-Out Board uses our proven peer-to-peer networking engine. It requires no server and can be configured to connect remote offices over the Internet.

What's new in this version:

  • All-Fixed bug which occasionally caused custom status choices and proxy lists to be reset
  • All-Importing of In-Out Board 1 settings is corrected and previously imported settings are repaired
  • All-Port number is correctly displayed in Networking window

In-Out Board ReviewCustomer service is really great. - Version: 2.0.1, 7/24/2007 12:58PM PST

I'm working as an intern for a small newspaper company this summer. We've installed In-Out Board in several offices and have them networking with each other. I'm not really a tech person, so I needed some walking through on the networking side of the set up. Glassbead Software has been very helpful in with tech support for their product. I had to email and call numerous times with different questions about various modems and routers. I was able to talk to the same person for all my questions, and she went above and beyond to help me out without making me feel like I was bothering her.
The program has also been helpful for the company. Since our offices are in various locations and we have people out of the office a lot, In-Out Board is making it convenient to find out who is where. Simply opening In-Out Board is a lot easier than making three or four phone calls to try and locate someone only to find out they're on vacation for the week. It's been very useful for us.

This software sounds way too basic to be commercial. I hope this does the emloyees' jobs for them as well!

I guess it's okay since it is intended for corporations.
