As the others have said. Don't expect ANY response to queries, support, service etc. or even trying to renew a subscription - which takes about 2-3 weeks
Really makes you wonder whether it is worth it.
Could be a great product if it wasn't for the slack developers. They just can't be bothered.

I bought and lost my money, the same day I cannot use the software, write the support, I receive an answer after 5 days with a request of what is the problem .... OMG, I wrote back and now after other 3 days no answer at all....

I am having problems with the keychain interface working with this and am constantly being asked to provide it after just entering it. I asked for some help and got a cursory answer but didn't resolve the issue.
There is no customer support and if you have problems you are on your own so buyer beware.

Does anyone know how to trace an IP for someone that is using Netshade to illegally hack into my Gmail account? I think I know who is doing it, but I need help in figuring out how to catch them so that they can be prosecuted. I know it's an private proxy, but there has to be a way to figure out the origin of the user IP.

Only works with Safari. The public proxy servers are slow and most of them fail authentication. The few that do work are very slow for browsing. You're better off with a direct connection unless you want to get on sites that have blocked your IP but be prepared to wait for the pages to load.

It took five days, but I did indeed finally receive the serial number for NetShade. More, the delay seems likely to have been caused by PayPal and not Rayner Software, so apologies are in order.

Netshade 3.3 is a vast improvement over the last version, this program does what is says and very well too. I had problems some time ago and got a response within 12 hours and the problem was taken care of then and there. Recommend to all you want to be safe at a modest cost and no trouble
