Product Description:

Badia ReplaceInPlace lets you retain previous picture attributes when importing an image into a picture box. Previous offset and scaling, for example, can be retained when replacing a low-res with a hi-res version of a picture. To use Badia ReplaceInPlace, choose "Get Picture" from the File menu and select "Retain Previous Picture Attributes" from the "ReplaceInPlace" tab.

What's new in this version:

Fixed incorrect offset when picture is rotated, skewed or flipped.

anyone else glad they left Quark for Indesign seeing all this 3rd party software required to do what ID has done for a while?

This feature has been sorely missing in Quark 6. Another freebie, pictattributes.xt, if memory serves correctly, did the same thing in previous versions of Quark and was invaluable if you need to change file formats for placed images. This one works, and is elegantly simple. Thank you, Badia!
