Devin is a magical application that can read people's mind. Don't worry though, it cannot write. In fact it is just based on another popular number-guessing trick.

What's new in this version:

Fixed problem of application displaying the number 24 if the no button has not been pressed. Pressing No is no longer obligatory. Fixed Problem with the missing .app format

Description indicates this will run on OSX or OS9. I tried it twice. Froze my machine both times, requiring a reboot. Couldn't even do a force quit. If you're still running OS9, DON'T TRY THIS THING!!!
